Adapted from her novella by Jody McAuliffe, this surreal dreamplay charts the tortured life of the original suicidal artist, Heinrich von Kleist. Wildly famous in the rest of the world and a cult favorite in the US, Kleist was the author 19th century classics The Marquise of O., Michael Kohlhaas, Penthesilea, and The Prince of Homburg. A multi-media, movement theater staging.
